Accused murderer won't face death penalty

WACO -- No lethal injection for a man charged with killing a Bellmead store owner back in 2010.

28-year-old Saul Medina who's charged with capital murder, learned today he will not face the death penalty when he goes on trial this spring.

But if convicted Medina does face life in prison without the possibility of parole.

His trial date is set for April 23.
